We design, install, and monitor solar panel and battery storage systems across the United Kingdom. We also provide performance monitoring dashboards, solar assessment tools (including SunMapper), and data analytics services.

We provide our website and tools (including SunMapper, customer dashboards, and the monitoring platform) for informational and functional purposes. Installation services
Our installation services are governed by a separate installation contract agreed between you and Synth Solar Ltd before work begins. These website terms do not replace or override that contract.

- All installations are project-managed by Synth Solar and carried out by our approved subcontractor installers
- We hold MCS certification and are NAPIT registered
- System monitoring is included as part of the installation contract
- Warranty terms are detailed in your installation contract
Payments
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard (via Stripe), and bank transfer. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of our website or reliance on its content. Our total liability in connection with the website is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim arose.
